the one skin!

In contrary to other organ systems, skin is an organ which can easily be evaluated. After thorough inspection of the skin and the visible mucous membranes, monitoring intervals can be established. If there are suspicious changes in the skin, the areas can be removed surgically in an out-patient setting.

When the fine structure of the sample is examined (histology), the findings may suggest cancer. If this is the case, further treatment will be planned in collaboration with other medical experts
