Laser therapy is always preceded by a detailed consultation, in which the various
possible therapies and the individual risks are discussed.
The actual laser treatment is performed under local or general anaesthesia, as appropriate. The indication and contra-indication for laser treatment can only be established on the basis of a dermatological investigation and a detailed discussion.
